In an historical ruling within the EU, a Belgian court has upheld the decision of the country’s regulator of introducing Router Freedom for fiber networks. The procedure, started by an local internet service provider was deemed unfounded. This landmark decision represents a significant victory for consumer rights, and we urge other national regulators to follow this example.

Such a great news ! I just hope others country will rapidly follow suite. Every month I post a complain at the ARCEP (the regulator entity in my neck of the woods) but I’ve received no answer yet. Next time I’ll cite this excellent news
