En francais - informations legales statut fsfe

bonjour, j’aurais besoin d’information complementaires concernant le statut legal de la fsfe :

vous etes une asssociation a but non lucratif enregistré (e.V) sous la loi allemande.

1/ statut fiscal en france ?

2/ modalités precises pour effectuer un leg depuis la france ?

3/ statut d’organisation, d’interet general en france ?

4/est-ce que la fondation est enregistrée en tant qu’organisation legale (stiftung ou gGmb)

5/ est-ce que la fsfe repond a des criteres de bienfaisance definis par la loi francaise ?

je sais c’est en, francais et un peu curieux mais là j’ai besoin de ces infos que je ne trouve pas sur le site et ne parle. ni ne comprends l’allemand.

i have yet did it one month ago then , one week ago i wrote to hugo roy (paris) : no answer ; so i am locked, blocked, and i am going if it should not be better to see / think about another fondation/ association more suitable - i mean according principles of respect of the mission of free software of course but also managing with honesty and fiability.

an european fondation made for or by two countries is not a bit short ? even with the large hope of european fund (I.A and another project : recrutement and devellopement i mean on a a large scale for a long time), i know the quality of work german/nederland people but don’t you need new talentous people and include the rules of of a real fondation : Public and non-profit ( but the world change every day so these option are maybe obsolete)
i am going to see french wellknown fondation (APRIL by exemple) without answer from this one. anyway every one is free to answer, choose and make their one errors.
