In order to contribute to the European Commission public consultation regarding the update of the “Intellectual Property (IP)” regulatory system, the FSFE has published a first feedback. Based on its world-wide experience with Free Software, it calls for a more inclusive and decentralized regulatory system that allows sustainable knowledge sharing and intangible wealth.
